Lina relocated to Western North Carolina in 2007 and quickly fell in love with the mountains, community, and lifestyle the area offers. After living in Asheville for 12 years, she moved to Hendersonville in 2019 when she married her husband, a local builder. That same year, she earned her real estate license and began serving clients throughout the region.
Since entering real estate in 2019, Lina has combined her market knowledge with hands-on building expertise. Together with her husband, she has designed and built four custom homes — and continues to be actively involved in new construction projects. This firsthand experience gives her clients a unique advantage, whether purchasing new construction, evaluating quality craftsmanship, or envisioning renovations.
